It would be fair to say that a 9 year is not really an easy year and in this case it’s the entire world living out the 9 year, the last year of this particular Universal 9 year cycle.
It’s usually messy and unpredictable, not that it always has to be that way but it very often is. Add unexpected, shock and surprise to that and you have the recipe for a year that can feel unstable.
The reason for that scary unpredictability is the lack of vision. In a 9 year you can only see one step ahead, not 10. And even that one step requires a degree of trust because it doesn’t fully show up until you step onto it. It’s a bit like one of those dancing games with blocks that only illuminate once you plonk your foot onto them.
If you are currently in a 9 personal year, my advice is to expect the unexpected.
Now that the world is experiencing her 9 year, that sense that most of us have of instability is no surprise. And again my advice is to expect the unexpected in this Universal 9 year cycle.
The fallout from the tariffs and trade war we are seeing will ultimately change what we’ve known about commerce, buying and selling between countries. We have become so used to the ease of a global trade economy that in some ways it’s taken over from local trade.
We have an opportunity here to change that now.
There will be more shocks to come but if you can stand back and watch the bigger picture you will be in a better place to roll with the punches.
We’re seeing the endings that come with the last year of a 9 year cycle, so whatever hasn’t been working is coming to an end and it never looks pretty at the time.
The upheaval will continue for a little while longer so hold onto your hats, your faith and your kindness.
Along with one of the keynotes of Trust which the 9 stands for, is humanitarianism and Universal love. So we are looking at compassion, tolerance and forgiveness here, human kindness. And we will see those acts played out globally even while we are watching situations that look like the opposite of those traits.
Every number has two sides, the yin and yang. So while there is a lot that looks quite negative, there is equally the opposite happening.
You could consider this a year of clearing up old problems, sweeping out the cobwebs, uncertain about what you will find and some of what you do find will bring a sense of disappointment. It’s emotional and exhausting.
The Universe loves a vacuum and so the purpose of the 9 year in every 9 year cycle is to clear out the old to make way for the new.
Old structures that have lost their integrity will crumble.
What has been working well will usually stay but those things that haven’t been, in this case world wide operations, will need to change so we can usher in the new way of doing things.
And it’s coming.
Just not this year.
We will see glimpses later in the year but we won’t see the full picture until 2026.
